A System That Travels
The identity is immovable. The way of expressing it is not. The model can take root in radically different contexts because it starts from universal principles, not specific resources.
What always remains — visible from the first match
Defend well to attack better
Balance is not a compromise — it is the foundation from which everything offensive is built.
Non-negotiable offensive character
My teams always seek the goal. The defensive structure is the origin, not the destination.
The system adapts, the identity does not
I change the shape, never the substance. The model compresses or expands according to context, but its principles are immutable.
Meticulous prior analysis
Before signing, I dissect the club: philosophy, squad, staff, environment. If the project is not compatible, I don't accept it.
Adaptation by Country / Context
Select a context to see how the model adapts without losing its identity.
Pre-Project Analysis
Before accepting any project, a structured analysis of 4 dimensions is carried out. If any is incompatible, the project is not the right one.
Club Philosophy
- Does the club have a defined playing identity or does it delegate to the coach?
- Does it support process projects or demand immediate results?
- Is there coherence between sporting director and first team?
If the club does not allow methodological autonomy, the project is not viable.
Squad Quality
- Do the players have the minimum technical base to implement the model?
- Are there specific profiles for the key system roles?
- What is the ratio of coachable players vs limited players?
Without at least 7 players with a compatible profile, the model is deformed.
Coaching Staff Quality
- Does the staff understand the methodology or do they need training from scratch?
- Is a data analyst available to validate the model?
- Does the fitness coach work integrated within the tactical framework or in parallel?
A misaligned staff sabotages the system from within.
Environmental Analysis
- What is the football culture of the country and city?
- Does the league have characteristics that condition the model?
- Are there external pressures that condition tactical decisions?
An environment that demands football contrary to the model invalidates the project.
